The NDS program at NC State admits students on a year-round basis, making it convenient for students to start their journey when it’s the right time for them.

Applicants are notified of admission decisions on a rolling basis. Applications take between two to five business days to process in our system, which cannot be expedited under any circumstances. For students who require a background check, this may delay processing by two to three weeks.

How do I create an ApplyNDS account?

If you have never logged into the NDS Application Portal select ‘Create an account’ under ‘First-time users’ and follow the prompts from there.

I submitted my NDS application but made an error. How do I correct an error after submission?

Physical addresses and email addresses can be edited from the Application Status Page within your ApplyNDS account. If you have made other errors in your NDS application, please contact the NDS coordinator. Be sure to include your full name and your application number.

Email NDS

I was previously enrolled as an NDS Student at NC State. Do I have to apply again?

Previous NDS students must re-apply to the program if not consecutively enrolled for fall and spring semesters.
